Cancellation Policy

At A+ Luxury Service, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while considering the commitments we make to serve our clients.

1. Cancellation Timeframes & Fees

  • More than 24 hours before the scheduled ride: No cancellation fee; a full refund will be issued.
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost applies.
  • No-show or cancellation within 2 hours of pickup time: 100% of the booking cost is charged.

2. How to Cancel

3. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Changes to Your Reservation

Modifications to reservations are subject to availability. We recommend making changes at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
