1. Cancellation Timeframes & Fees
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled ride: No cancellation fee; a full refund will be issued.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost applies.
- No-show or cancellation within 2 hours of pickup time: 100% of the booking cost is charged.

3. Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Changes to Your Reservation
